2Can you customise the training content for our organisation?
Yes. We adapt the objectives, examples, activities, depth and format to your industry, your local context and the roles of the people attending.
3Do you deliver training onsite in Costa Rica?
Yes. We deliver at your offices or a venue of your choice in San José, Heredia, Alajuela, Cartago, Liberia, Puntarenas, Limón and other locations across Costa Rica.
4Can the training be delivered virtually or in a hybrid format?
Yes. Training can run in person, as live online sessions, or as a hybrid with in-person and remote participants together.
5How do we get started?

6Do you require a detailed training brief?
No. Tell us what you would like your team to achieve and who will attend, and we will ask a few simple questions and suggest suitable options.
7How long are the training programmes?
Sessions can run for 60 or 90 minutes, half a day, one day or two days. Longer programmes can be built as a series of sessions.
8Can you run the same programme for multiple teams or locations?
Yes. We can run the same programme, or tailored versions of it, for teams at different sites, in phases or across several dates.
9Do you provide a certificate of completion?
Yes. Each participant receives a certification of training completion, along with a learner's guide and course handouts.
10What industries do you work with?
